If you provide a mobile phone number and elect or consent to receive SMS/text notifications through a SolvStack website, application, or client application that we build or support, we may use your number to send transactional or operational messages such as alerts, reminders, status updates, verification messages, or service notifications.

  • Message frequency varies based on your activity and notification settings.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out of non-essential SMS messages through the applicable application settings, support process, or by following instructions included in a message. Where supported, reply “STOP” to unsubscribe and “HELP” for help.
  • We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information. We may share phone numbers and messaging data with service providers solely to deliver, secure, support, and measure messages.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Human Verification

Our website or applications may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and analytics tools to remember preferences, understand traffic, improve performance, and protect against abuse. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some features may not work properly without them.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms and other website features from bots and malicious activity. Turnstile may operate in the background without displaying an interactive challenge. When you interact with a protected feature, Cloudflare may process technical signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent header, and the website's Turnstile site key and associated origin to distinguish people from bots and improve its bot-detection capabilities. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, complete projects, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using strong passwords, limiting access, and following security practices for systems under your control.

Our website and services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
